Steps to reproduce:
1. Install modern Ubuntu - 16.04 LTS or 18.04 LTS
2. Try to install jscoverage package with `sudo apt-get install jscoverage`

Expected results:
* jscoverage package exists in repositories and get installed

Actual results:
* jscoverage package does not exist in repositories and do not get installed

Note: first seen on AskUbuntu ( https://askubuntu.com/q/1068497/66509 )
