Public bug reported:
The info command in Ubuntu 18.04 lacks it's own info page. This means
that hitting "H" from within info to get a list of key bindings fails,
as well as invoking info with "info info."
In GNUs infinite wisdom, many terminal utilities lack a proper man page.
These man pages include a short description of the program, then direct
the user to run info for the complete documentation. "man info" is a
great example of that where it includes a few command line options, and
no information on what keys are used to navigate through the system
(except to press H, which fails because the info documentation is
missing).
