Public bug reported:
While trying to update an 16.04 with 4.4.0-131-generic to linux-generic-
hwe-16.04 (4.15.0-33-generic) the build of the r8168 kernel module fails
(see attached log).
Using r8168-dkms_8.045.08-2_all.deb from bionic works just fine.
