Thanks John for having that already fixed. I wanted to let everybody subscribed here know that as of today Cosmic has the new systemd 239. That said people (like me) who reboot rarely and still have a kernel before that will from now on see this when booting a cosmic container:
# systemctl status systemd-resolved ● systemd-resolved.service - Network Name Resolution Loaded: loaded (/lib/systemd/system/systemd-resolved.service; enabled; vendor preset: enabled) Active: failed (Result: exit-code) since Wed 2018-08-29 10:39:04 UTC; 10min ago And obviously name resolution in there is broken due to that. I hope people will find bug 1789627 and not debug too long on their own to eventually get here. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1780227 Title: locking sockets broken due to missing AppArmor socket mediation patches To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apparmor/+bug/1780227/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
