Public bug reported:
1. $ sudo apt-get install el-get
2. $ emacs
3. Use meta-x then type el-get.
get "No Match".
This is tested on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS and 18.04 LTS, while in 16.04 TLS the
command to call emacs is 'emacs24' and 18.04 is 'emacs25'
Also, `meta-x el-get-install` is tried with the same error.
P.S. It's possible that this because the user needs to do some
configuration not mentioned in the package-description in order to use
el-get after installing. If it is the case, this issue was created on
the ground that such configurations are unexpected and breaks the ubuntu
install-and-use paradigm.
