Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.
I am a bit confused by the bug, you mention that you installed apps with
flatpak but then you mention using "mount" to check if they are visible.
Flatpak applications won't appear when you run mount under normal
operation, note however snap applications do.
Could you run $ flatpak list to list the flatpak's you have installed.
Please also describe the apt/deb packages you have installed and flatpak
repositories you have setup under the live environment.
As I require more info about the environment, I am marking this bug as
incomplete until then.
