Public bug reported:

Node-rollup is stuck in proposed (cosmic), and several reverse
dependencies are waiting in proposed because of this.

It fails to build because the Debian package depends on itself. It was
previously bootstrapped in unstable.

I am about to provide a debdiff to include rollup as a node_module for the 1st
build. Once rollup exists in the pocket, any newer versions can be synced from
Debian as the older Ubuntu version
will exist in the release pocket to do the build with.

** Affects: node-rollup (Ubuntu)
