- Error have. May be python version problem.

+ I got answer with this link instruction ( 
https://linuxhint.com/install-qgis3-geospatial-ubuntu/ ) . This link also have 
one problem is "gdal-data" . I check to software & update and open tab of 
(other software) , click to (Canonical Partners). Update again and installation 
ok.
