Hello James,

Thank you for suggesting "apt-get clean"
I'm pretty sure I have run "sudo apt-get autoclean" at least twice while trying
to resolve this issue.
And that is the command people recommends in websites like ask Ubuntu right.
But it didn't fix the problem. I just gave another try on "sudo apt
--fix-broken install" after running "apt-get clean" and everything fixed by
itself!!?

I don't know what had happened.

I apologize for raising a bug here.
What should I do next?
Shall I change the status to "Invalid"?

Thank you again.
