Thansk for report this bug. I have found this problem on
http://www.zoneminder.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=5925, this is the
solution that a user posted:
"The pcre library allows Perl Compatible Regular Expressions to be used
in c/c++ programs. You do not need it but you must unselect
Options->Network->ZM_NETCAM_REGEXPS if you don't have it installed. This
_should_ still work but is less flexible that using regexps"
