Missing file: /usr/share/doc/tortoisehg/html/_static/default.css
This file is also missing in xenial but present in trusty. (note:
I did not check the unsupported releases.)
I am guessing that the reason is because the file, not being
specifically mentioned in the html markup with a "src" or "href"
attribute, was overlooked. It is instead pulled in by an "@import"
directive in tortoisehg.css.
