Public bug reported:

Please sync gnome-ppp 0.3.23-1 (universe) from Debian Sid (main). Ubuntu
changes were:

 * New upstream version.
 * Remove libgnomeui-dev Build-Depends.
 * Bump versioned dependency on debhelper.

Overwriting Ubuntu changes is OK, as they are now incorporated in the
Debian package, and the package builds fine in a clean Edgy pbuilder.

    + Repackage source using tarball-in-tarball system of CDBS, as
      upstream distributes new tarball in bzip2.

    + Add bzip2 to Build-Depends.

    + Add touch-fu to avoid remaking the autotools stuff as updated
      below.
