"pip install httplib2" is no workaround for a bug in a debian package anyway.
And if you already know it's something that has to do with httplib2, why did you assign this bug to ubuntu-dev-tools instead of python-httplib2 (which will be updated at some point, a contributor contacted me to update the library in Debian just a few days ago :)) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1790574 Title: pull-lp-source fails due to SSL error - pull-lp-source: Error: Failed to download: [SSL] unknown error (_ssl.c:726) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-dev-tools/+bug/1790574/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
