I'm seeing the fontconfig warnings and errors too, but chromium-browser
doesn't fail to start. And I'm not seeing font rendering problems
either.
chromium-browser 69.0.3497.81-0ubuntu1 is currently building in cosmic-
proposed, this will hopefully make the errors and warnings go away.
