Public bug reported:

Hi Team,

Some of my packages have been corrupted. And hence, I decided to upgrade
my Ubuntu 16.04 LTS to Ubuntu 18.04 LTS hoping that the upgrade will fix
my issues.

But, I am unable to upgrade. Please help to solve this issue.

Kind regards,
Jyotin
