Like jmarc, I think this problem comes from the use of a PPA-provided
version of lyx. Because of this, the Ubuntu project can not support or
fix your particular bug. Please report this bug to the provider of the
software package lyx, version 2.1.3-1~utopic~ppa2. Thanks!
