The description for reproducing this says:

address); active backup mode; ARP polling; single slave.

> 2. Created a VLAN using said network bond with static IPv4 address
(and no IPv6 address).

However, the commands you list out afterwards specify 'ipv4.method
disabled'.

Where are you configuring your IP addresses?

Why are you configuring IP addresses on both the bond and the vlan in
this case?
