Please sync plasma-browser-integration 5.13.5-1 (universe) from Debian
unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * New upstream release (5.13.4)

There is no ubuntu packaing delta to keep. We just got 5.13.4 into ubuntu
well ahead of debian, and can now re-sysnc.
