For better understanding. In a system with two monitors operating side-by-side, the system behaves almost normally. (Only users who have installed Concky, for example, will notice that the monitor management is faulty.) If Concky runs two desklets on different monitors, a desklet will be hidden.)
Only when you push the monitors in the screen management on top of each other, the error occurs. If you then click Apply, a monitor is deactivated. An error message does not appear. Even the crash report management available in Linux Mint records no errors. I'm uploading the Xorg.0.log file now. Active kernel: 4.19-rc3 (screen management without errors) ** Attachment added: "Xorg.0.log" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1792141/+attachment/5188389/+files/Xorg.0.log -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1792141 Title: Screen problems two monitors, with all kernels over 4.13, so 4.14, 4.15 etc. To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1792141/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
