Sure, the backtrace is attached. Note that to get the debug symbols from the repositories mentioned I had to upgrade to the Evolution version currently in the gutsy-proposed, but the problem still exists. Note that this does not happen to all sent items with attachments--it seems to happen to sent items with attachments that existed in my Gmail account before I connected it to Evolution via IMAP. New sent items with attachments do not crash Evolution.
