Originally you told libgoa-1.0-dev was the solution but let's try with gir1.2-goa-1.0 which is a dependency of libgoa-1.0-dev. Usually the -dev packages are only needed when compiling programs from source.
If you install the package gir1.2-goa-1.0 and then try to launch gnome- music again will it work? If so, this might be the same as https://bugs.debian.org/cgi- bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=899117. ** Bug watch added: Debian Bug tracker #899117 https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=899117 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1784287 Title: Possible missing dependency 'libgoa-1.0-dev' To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-music/+bug/1784287/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
