Booted the Dell 5520 with Xubuntu 18.04 Live USB boot disk. A full
battery shows about 12 hours remaining operating time.

Booting with updated Xubuntu 18.04 CPU clock seems to be fixed to
2.32GHz, Battery life 4 hours.

When using the Dell precision 5520 in battery mode, I expect more then 10 hours
