Public bug reported:
lxd on Cosmic 1:0.3 was observed with eventstat to be generating a high
rate of hrtimer_wakeup wakeup events on a fairly idle laptop.
I run health-check on lxd for 60 seconds and got a simple profile of
wakeup causes, see attached file. Seems like there is a high resolution
timer of ~60Hz causing most of the wakeup activity along with some
epoll_pwait calls that are polling at a high rate too.
Can this be investigated as lots of wakeups keep machines out of the
deep sleep C states and hence this eats up power and reduces battery
life.
