I did some of the MIR checks that I considered required for the case
(e.g. is the packaging of the separated code ok and such), but all were
ok to me.

Since this is supposed to be a server package I can not self-approve, but also 
as outlined I'd at least want a quick ack by the Security Team.
Therefor I subscribed the security-team and jdstand and also assigned it to the 
security-team.

Once security Acked and pwoersj subscribed us someone else of the MIR
Team can likely set this to accepted (unless I missed an important
problem that I'll learn about then).

@security - TL;DR: This is NOT a new review, instead it is code that you
already tracked broken out of src:ruby2.5 into an extra package, but an
ack to that being ok would be nice.
