Public bug reported:
Attempt to run curl-config on the system, on which libkrb5-dev is not
installed, results in error
/usr/bin/curl-config: krb5-config: not found
At the same time, libcurl4-openssl-dev only Suggests libkrb5-dev.
Either curl-config should gracefully handle lack of krb5-config, or the
dependency should be stronger.
