Settings > Appearance > Fonts
- Default Font (-> Application font + Desktop font)
- Default Monospace Font (-> Fixed width font, added in version 4.12.2)
Settings > Window Manager > Style
- Title font (-> Window title font)
This leaves us with "Document font" not being covered, but it is not
clear which applications query that value.
