I have same problem with ACER Aspire a315-41-R19S (ryzen 2200u without dGPU). I'm using Ubuntu 18.04.1 with noapic kernel parameter (Manjaro don't work without it too). With suggested ivrs_ioapic[4]... parameters GUI is very slow. Fedora boots without any additional kernel parameters, but message about buggy firmware present in dmesg
