Public bug reported:
The internal microphone on this troublesome laptop stopped working after
upgrading from Bionic to Cosmic. There is no signal from the microphone
with kernel 4.18.0-7 or 4.18.0-8.
This DOES work correctly with kernel 4.15.0-34 that is still present on
Cosmic after the upgrade.
I recommend Canonical gets this laptop for testing since a ton of stuff
is troublesome on this Raven Ridge laptop. Would be a good specimen to
get support for this platform improved.
