I see initramfs-tools-ubuntu-core was uploaded by ogra, but I got a chance to
review initramfs-tools-devices. A few notes:
 1. Standards-version and debhelper are several versions behind, and should be
updated.
 2. debian/copyright should have additional headers, and the link to the
specification should be HTTPS (Lintian flag).
 3. P: initramfs-tools-devices source: file-contains-trailing-whitespace
debian/rules (line 4) - pedantic, but preferable if possible.
 4. I: initramfs-tools-devices: extended-description-is-probably-too-short - a
bit stylistic but it might be advantageous to explain it a bit more.
 5. W: initramfs-tools-devices: uses-implicit-await-trigger interest
update-initramfs (line 1) - this is just needing you to document why it's
there, putting a comment above will make the warning go away.
 6. E: initramfs-tools-devices: repeated-trigger-name activate update-initramfs
(line 2) vs interest update-initramfs (line 1)

With the exception of the Lintian error and the triggers which should be
looked at, it should be fit for the archive (I would personally consider
that a majority of the above needs to be solved before uploading
though).

Please fix that and/or comment here and resubscribe the Ubuntu Sponsors
Team. Other Ubuntu Developers' opinions are welcome.

Thanks!
