ConditionPathIsSymbolicLink = Verifies whether a certain path exists and is a
symbolic link.
When there is an exclamation mark ("!"), the validation is negated
For "ConditionPathIsSymbolicLink=!/tmp" the unit is making sure /tmp
doesn't exist and is not a symbolink link, if it exist and is a symbolic
link like then it will fail and create the actual situation.
