Public bug reported:
I created a directory "The Paladin @" with VisualWorks. Caja displayed
the directory properly. I filled the directory. Caja displayed the
directory properly. Then I used VisualWorks to rename the directory to
"The Paladin #". Now Caja does not display either the old or new names.
VisualWorks displays the directory and contents properly. MATE Terminal
displays the directory and its contents correctly. I used Terminal to
change the name to "The Paladin (1) #". Caja still does not display the
directory. I used Caja to create a new directory "The Paladin (2) #" and
used Terminal to copy the files from "The Paladin (1) #" into "The
Paladin (2) #".
I tried viewing the parent directory and then going back to the original
directory. I tried opening a new Caja window. No luck. I tried "show
hidden files", no luck.
