KDE 5 Plasma "Show desktop grid" shortcut doesn't work with national
non-English keyboard layout.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Assign "Show desktop grid" shortcut to Win+X
2. Press Win+X several times
3. Plasma enters and exits "Show desktop grid" state
4. Switch to Russian keyboard layout
5. Press Win+X several times
6. Plasma enters but doesn't exit "Show desktop grid" state
Hotkey is half-broken.
I am using Kubuntu 18.10 x64.
