Ubuntu Mate 18.04 (same in 18.10)
System has 4 user accounts.
Select mutiny theme.
Log into 1 account.
Select main drop down menu and logout
Log into another account.
Select main drop down menu, list of users shown user 1 has a check box beside
it even though it was logged out
going to command line and typing in "w" shows only 1 active user
At this point every user once they are logged in once has a checkbox
beside it regardless if they are currently logged in or not.
