Public bug reported:
`man do-release-upgrade` does not list some options that the command
accepts. These options are listed by `do-release-upgrade --help`.
Specifically, it is missing:
-V, --version
--data-dir=DATA_DIR
-c, --check-dist-upgrade-only
-q, --quiet
