nautilus-python 1.2.x can compile with python 3 support using PYTHON
environment variable, see https://bugs.debian.org/911082
nautilus-python 1.2.2-1 from Ubuntu 18.10 still builds against python2,
but python3 is default since Ubuntu 17 AFAIK
