Public bug reported:

I am trying to install Ubuntu 18.10 alongside a brand new Win10
installation on a Dell XFR E6420 using UEFI.

Everything seemed to work fine, until it said it could not write to the
drive. It is a brand new SSD, and only half of it was partitioned for
windows. So it should have zero issues.
