@Joseph, I was able to install a new kernel. I didn't test the rc7 because I found a rc8 there.
I am running: Linux moon 4.19.0-041900rc8-lowlatency #201810150631 SMP PREEMPT Mon Oct 15 06:35:44 UTC 2018 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux I got other problems with my Dell XPS 15 9570, that I was able to fix. They were: 1. [drm:intel_pipe_update_end [i915]] *ERROR* Atomic update failure on pipe A 2. nouveau: DRM-master:00000000:00000000 suspend failed with -100 The #1 was fixed with: https://www.dedoimedo.com/computers/intel-microcode-atomic-update.html The #2 was fixed installing nvidia-driver-390 The systems seems stable now.
