Given that we autostart nm-applet and that it exposes functionality not
provided by the indicator-applets plugin. The plugin does not allow one
to turn off which indicators one wants. It's either toggling sound or
toggling all other indicators. That said, we should remove the
indicator-applets plugin, which is ultimately just problematic, not just
with networking but with sound, keyboard, etc.
