While I don't see this as being and artwork issue, the only project
options available are Lubuntu Artwork, Lubuntu-Tweaks, LxFind, or
LxScreenshot. I was not able to find the bug reporting for the main
project.
Pcmanfm-qt doesn't save it's settings such as View-Path Bar-
Location/Path Buttons. After checking the ~/.config/pcmanfm-qt folder
it is owned by root on a clean install so the sub-folder "lxqt" is not
being created.
After changing the ownership of ~/.config/pcmanfm-qt and it's sub-
folders to the user and user's group, the sub-folder "lxqt" is created
and the settings are saved.
