sudo apt purge $(dpkg -l|awk '/nvidia/ {print $2}')
reboot
Login shows up on internal (intel) video. Login and display turns off
and system is unresponsive. :(
Not sure what's happening. reboot causes kernel crash messages, and then
system lockup. Reverting to -36 and the system boots ok.
