Public bug reported:
After upgrading to 18.10 (cosmic), neither Falkon nor Konqueror can find
addresses behind a proxy server when "detect proxy settings
automatically" is selected in system settings.
Both use libqt5webenginecore5.
Switching Konqueror to KHTML view mode: proxy is found and surfing
behind a proxy works.
Chromium use proxy settings from system settings too and have no
problems behind a proxy.
Entering the proxy settings manually in Falkon works too.
Konqueror with webengine selected and Falkon has have no problems in
18.04 (bionic).
