I can't reproduce this on Debian (wine-3.0.3 (Debian 3.0.3-2)): the command "wine iexplore http://www.spiegel.de" works here.
To actually see the contents of the page wine-gecko is needed. See /usr/share/doc/wine-stable/README.Debian.gz for details how to install it. Otherwise I get the same "Navigate to error page" message. So, with wine-gecko installed, is there any issue? ** Changed in: wine (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1777217 Title: wine iexplore no internet To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wine/+bug/1777217/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
