* Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining Ubuntu changes:
- debian/patches/01_dell_cdrom_nopoll.patch:
Disable Dell Inspiron laptop CD-ROMs (GCC-4240N), since due to
a weird hardware bug they cause extreme slowdown.
- debian/patches/02_hardware_brightness_fixups.patch:
This should be set for all Thinkpads for the moment.
(The Dell part of this patch went upstream.)
- debian/patches/03_feiya_memory_bar.patch:
Remove Feiya Memory Bar from 10-usb-music-players.fdi since it is
often not a music player.
- debian/control: Change maintainer
** Attachment added: "debdiff from Debian version"
