It looks like you had 14.04 (Trusty) versions of mysql installed and are
now trying to install 18.04 (Bionic) versions of mysql. Upgrading from
14.04 to 18.04 is not supported. The correct method would have been to
upgrade from 16.04 first, then 18.04.

I am marking this as incomplete as this is not a bug in Ubuntu, instead
it is a local configuration issue. If you have further questions or need
