Please sync conquest 8.3-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The only change was: conqsvr42.c/gcputime: Changed CLK_TCK to CLOCKS_PER_SEC,
fixes FTBFS.
The package from debian builds fine without any modification, so I think
syncing it would be ok
