In my Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS it is impossible to run:
jm@jm-t530:~$ duplicity --help
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/bin/duplicity", line 37, in <module>
import statvfs
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'statvfs'
I suspect duplicity assumes the old python2, which is not default any
more:
jm@jm-t530:~$ python --version
Python 3.6.6
jm@jm-t530:~$ python2 --version
Python 2.7.15rc1
