This is a sure sign that wpasupplicant correctly tried to setup WPA
parameters, but the driver for some reason failed to set it. There can
be many reasons for this. Since this bug is about ndiswrapper, I think
the most likely one here is that the used windows (NDIS) simply doesn't
support WPA.
The fact that your computer gets locked up is another indication that
the kernel driver is actually misbehaving, and not wpasupplicant.
Since there is nothing to be actually fixed in wpasupplicant, I'm
setting this bug to:
