I'm trying to use Ubuntu Kickstart to automatically perform an
unattended install of Ubuntu Server 18.04+, however I am unable to
specify the networking portion of it since Kickstart uses SystemV
networking and Ubuntu Server 18.04+ changed to using Netplan.
