Well from my perspective it's not fixed, but if it is, yes, then I should open a new one. Yes I've checked all logs I can find, syslog, auth, kern, lightdm, Xorg, .xsession-errors. My main suspect is "lightdm: pam_systemd(lightdm:session): Failed to create session: Connection timed out" from auth.log.
