Public bug reported:
In the latest xfig (3.2.7a) that is present in Ubuntu 18.10, the tool
"interpolated spline" (not to be confused with the "approximate spline"
tool that works correctly) just draws polylines instead of smooth
splines. This bug was not present in xfig 3.2.6 (in the previous version
of Ubuntu). I think this is an upstream bug since the bug also appears
in ArchLinux.
